Mindfulness Activity

Meditation in which we focus on being intensely aware of what we're sensing and feeling in the moment to moment and doing this without judgment is called mindfulness.  The purpose of mindfulness activities are to relax the body and mind and reduce stress. Focus on being present.

Do not force yourself to do the mindfulness everyday in the same process. Invent your new idea to make mindfulness unique. Make it enjoyable for yourself or for the group. If you are doing mindfulness everyday like a robot and you are not enjoying it that is not mindfulness. 

If you are happy from inside then you can make other people happy. Enjoy mindfulness yourself first and then share the techniques with others.
