 Depression

Beneficial effects of Indian Classical Music through Mindfulness for depression!

I have observed certain ragas, tempos and rhythms patterns having a beneficial effect in reducing depression. In sessions I have seen people who were initially withdrawn and lonely start to break out of their shell and start interacting with other people. They started to appear lively and cheerful. People who tended to weep suddenly and without reason have started to appear calm and much more controlled.
