Control Anger Issues through Mindfulness with Indian Classical Music!
When someone is angry that can put that person’s brain and heart at great risk . Increasing blood pressure can cause other major health issues.
I observed that certain ragas if listened to over a period of sessions tend to induce a permanent calming effect and people can control anger. Certain ragas at reduced tempos can change the behavior. These have been observed to transform agitating behavior into a calm and cool temperament.
The cause of Anger Issues

Personal problems and arguing or confrontation.

Problem caused by another person such as cancelling plans.

Missing a promotion at work or difficulties with co worker.

Memories of a traumatic or enraging event.

Break up relationship or divorce.

If kids has some problem parents could be angry to see other normal kids.

Bad traffic or getting in a car accident.
