Children and elderly kids need help from Parents and Family members

Due to Covid19 pandemic in 2020 mostly the people all over the world are dealing with very restless situation which has added to panic and stress. Mindfulness and music therapy techniques in Panchajanya Om using Indian classical music, invented by Indrani have been observed to produce beneficial effects on people suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, dementia. The stress levels in children with autism also reduced. Ragas as performed in live concerts need to be modified to be beneficial for mindfulness and meditation.

Children are the mirrors of their parents. Parents know their children best.  Don’t be afraid to fight for your children and their needs. Don’t compare your child with others.

Always remember no one is perfect and normal including parents. So take a supportive approach which will make things easy. Inspire children in a playful environment. If parents give them a hard time children will be nervous, frustrated and think negatively.

Inspire your children to stand on their own feet not on your shoulder. Make children a part of the discussion and listen to them and ask them for their suggestions. Children are the real treasure for you and for the society. Inspire your child with every ounce of positive thinking. Give some responsibility to your child and help them feel confident. We are all trying so don't be afraid to try. Child can make help their parents in different ways.

On the other hand when parents get old they need their kids hand. Then it's your turn to hold their hands gently but carefully and with respect. Celebrate little things with them. Love them and keep them  happy.

So parents and family members – you can help to build your children & your elderly kids’ own confidence so they can say “I can do it and I can help others”.
