Indrani Mukherjee incorporated her research into developing “PanchajanyaOm” a unique form of mindfulness. The Panchajanya Om process uses mindfulness sessions tailored for specific conditions. ​Mindfulness and music therapy techniques using Indian classical music, invented by Indrani has been observed to produce beneficial effects on people suffering from autism,ADHD, stress, anxiety, anger issues, depression,dementia and forgetfulness. This mindfulness practice can literally transform your entire world from inside out.

    Group Session   

​

Mindfulness is about being present. It’s a place where we can reset and relax our minds.

This type of unique mindfulness session uses melodious and mesmerizing Indian Classical Music (raga) tailored to produce a clam and relaxing experience. It helps those who may have ADHD, Autism, Dementia. These special sessions also help people to reduce stress, anxiety, anger issues, depression and forgetfulness.

Mindfulness for adults

​Group Session 

​

In the session for autism and ADHD, children and adults will be listening for the first 20 - 30 minutes to a tailored set of melodious and mesmerizing Indian Classical Music ragas performed live. The melodies will seep into their consciousness. In the last few minutes of the session, the children and adults will be encouraged to share what they felt while listening to the music and how it is affecting them (5 -10 min). Previous participants have said that they felt relaxed, calm, refreshed, and reinvigorated. In a few sessions, participants have been observed to become more focused. They may even start to follow along with the music. The stress level in the children with autism and ADHD also reduced.

Indian Classical Music for Dementia

In this session, after listening to the Indian Classical Music ragas tailored for Dementia the seniors will start to relax and start focusing on little things that they can remember. It will help them to deal with forgetfulness.

Indian Classical Music for Depression & Loneliness

​

In this session, the children and adults will listen to a set of Indian Classical Music Ragas performed live. The melodies will inject energy in them. As they keep listening, many participants have reported feeling energized and full of hope. With each successive session, many participants have reported that depression starts becoming a distant memory.

Indian Classical Music for Stress and Anger issues

​

In this session, children and adults will be listening for the first 20 -30 minutes to a tailored set of Indian Classical Music ragas for managing stress and anger performed live. The rich melodies will wash through their consciousness. In the last few minutes of the session the participants will be encouraged to share how they feel.They will also be encouraged to share what their trigger points are and how the music is affecting them (5-10 min). Participants have been observed to feel calm and less irritable. They have reported that stress vanished. With each succeeding session, many participants have been observed to be less prone to stress and anger.
