Mindfulness and happiness

All of us face stress, anxiety, depression in our everyday life. We need peace and happiness. According to Vedas, Panchajanya Shankh’s sound destroys the negative energy from the atmosphere. All negative thoughts, frustration and depression goes away replaced by positive energy, joy and happiness. “Panchajanya Om” generates positive thinking, self-confidence and control within you through mindfulness using Indian Classical Music.

Mindfulness and music therapy techniques using Indian classical music, invented by Panchajanya Om has been observed to produce beneficial effects on people suffering from stress,anxiety, depression. The stress level in the children with autism also reduced. Ragas as performed in live concerts need to be modified to be beneficial for mindfulness and meditation.

Now a days we are facing stress,tension and we need more mindfulness through music.Indian classical music is the music of spirituality and relaxation.We need that to calm down our mind.Thank you Indrani Mukherjee.
